LifeNet System Status Controller (SSC) Shannon Langevin had a 9-1-1 call on December 6, 2018 that saw her walk a mother through delivering a baby in our Stillwater, Oklahoma division before our ambulance arrived on scene.

Shannon, a new SSC, was in her second day of calltaking training at LifeNet when the call came in.
