System Status Controller
At LifeNet, as a System Status Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating our emergency response operations, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively in real-time. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this important position.
As a System Status Controller, you’ll work closely with our field crews, ensuring they are dispatched to the right locations at the right time. You’ll monitor calls, assess the needs of each situation, and help prioritize resources to maintain a smooth flow of operations. Chief Human Resources Officer
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serves as the senior executive responsible for developing and executing the organization’s human capital strategy in support of the mission, operational objectives, and long-term sustainability of the EMS system. The CHRO provides strategic leadership across all aspects of human resources including workforce planning, recruitment and retention, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational culture, regulatory compliance, and workforce risk management. In a complex EMS environment that operates 24/7 emergency medical services across multiple communities, the CHRO ensures the organization maintains a highly qualified, engaged, and resilient workforce capable of delivering safe, timely, and high-quality mobile healthcare services. The CHRO partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align human resource strategies with operational growth, clinical excellence, financial stewardship, and community service.

To support all aspects of daily EMS operations. The Support Services Technician is responsible for logistics, facilities maintenance, unit readiness, and behavioral transports.

Patient Accounts Representative
The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for providing support to the billing department manager. The position’s goal is to maximize cash inflows through billing and collecting for the services the company provides, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The position will be responsible for all insurance follow-up activities with payors in a courteous and timely manner.
Representatives will process patient accounts to third parties and resolve accounts to a zero balance. Expertise in all third-party billing and contracted payment agreements. The account representative is required to have good writing skills and ensure proper account documentation. Verbal communication required for relaying issues/concerns with problem accounts to supervisor and mangers.
