We believe it is important to grow our team members by providing personal development. That’s why we not only host multiple free continuing education (CE) classes throughout the year, but we also encourage ongoing education that develops both patient care and non-patient care skills. Employees who have committed six months of full-time employment are eligible to enter our tuition reimbursement program for classes taken at an accredited educational institution.

We provide uniforms at no cost to employees and replace them on an annual basis, or as needed. We also regularly reimburse employees for the purchase of their EMS boots.

In an effort to promote a healthy, physically fit lifestyle, we offer reimbursement to employees towards the cost of their fitness center memberships based on the number of visits made to the center each month.
