The LifeNet Air medical helicopter crew attended the 4th annual ‘It’s all about Kids Health Fair and Back to School Bash’ at Ashdown Junior High School on Saturday, August 11th.
In addition to letting area kids tour our medical helicopter, LifeNet Air staff also handed out pencils to help the kids with part of their school supplies for the 2018-2019 school year.
Families who attended this free event also learned about bus safety and enjoyed face painting, crafts, games, prizes, free food, and free school supplies.
LifeNet Air regularly attends events throughout the communities we serve to teach children (and parents) what to expect should they ever have to fly in the LifeNet Air helicopter during a medical emergency.
